His estimates are fast, fair, and thorough. When his crew starts, you can expect to see them until the work is complete. I have done multiple home remodeling projects and additions over the years. My experience with Romero Remodeling and Octavio Romero who runs the company was exceptional.
I contacted Octavio after our neighbor had him build an extensive addition to his business. Octavio and his crews worked harder than any company I had previously experienced. We walked by this business remodeling project on evenings, weekends and during the days and someone was always on-site and working to complete the project.
Our neighbor confirmed his satisfaction with the project and we reached out to Octavio for our personal home remodeling project in 2021 which consisted of- a complete bathroom remodeling, hard-wood floor installation in multiple rooms and expanded to include exterior brick-pointing, painting and iron gate repair. Someone came to our home every day and the crews worked for 12 hours each day.
Needless to say, the interior work was completed on-time and absolutely to our satisfaction. Whenever, we had a question about any of the work- Octavio always repsonded- “we will take care of it”… and he always did.
I can not say enough positive things as I have had very poor experiences over the years and this was one of the best contractors that we have used. I will definitely use them again for future projects. Octavio has the crews to do any type of construction project and his work has expanded across the Point Breeze and Squirrel Hill neighborhoods.
